Delivery Cost & Information
Our shipping & handling charges are calculated during the ordering process by weight and destination, and are visible in the cart during checkout.
In general goods will be sent by Parcel Service. In exceptional cases, the parcels are delivered via Post or from 30kg weight on with a freight carrier.
On weekdays, orderes we receive befor 12 P.M. will be sent out the same day. Provided all items are in stock.
In the case of company holidays or public holidays, the orders are processed upon a "first in - first out " bases.
The delivery time is 2-5 working days, depending on delivery area and country.
You can Track & Trace your delivery any time by clicking the link in the deliveryconfirmation-email ("Your order is on the way!"). The link is in the order details section next to "Shipping Tracking No."Click the blue number (about 18 digits). You will get right to the Swiss Post page and you will see where your order is currently.
In case your order is sent via Post or freight carrier we can not provide you with a trackingnumber unfortunately.
