Q: I want to cancel my order. How can I do that?
A: If the order hasn`t been sent out yet, you can send us an email (please make sure you mention the order number your would like to cancel) or call us (+43 7244 80888).
If the order has already been sent to you, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in writing, within 7 calendar days from receipt of goods. The return shipment of goods is at the risk and expense of the buyer.
Q: I already amM. H. Sowersby - creative glass customer and have separate Discount/Price agreements. What do I need to do, to receive these through the webshop as well?
A: When you log in and go to "My Account", you can see your pricegroup, discounts and coupons on the overview page. Should these not be correct, please contact us via email or phone (+43 7244 80888).
Q: Why can I not print my order confirmation email correctly?
A: We have tried to design our email templates to suite most email clients. However individual printer settings can vary. Go to your printer page settings and change scale & margins to fit the page.
